Press Feeders

Rexroth's "IndraMotion for Metal Forming" solution offers a turnkey servo-based solution for feeder applications. All the user has to do is set the length, speed and output values.

Product Transfer in Presses

The motion control solution coordinates the movement of all axes and through the logical addressing of inputs/outputs in all operating modes ensures precise synchronization between the transfer and the press.

With the use of redundant encoders in the motor a collision between the transfer and the tool can be avoided.

Cutting on the fly

By implementing the "Flying Shear" technology function that Rexroth has loaded in its programming libraries and that has been tested on many machines, we have the best solution for the service update of these processes or for the implementation on new machines.
